3.3 Order in our online shop
When an order is placed in our online store, we collect the following data from the orderer:

3.4.2 Shopify Payments
For all other payment methods offered, we use the payment service provider "Shopify Payments". If you have opted for a payment method offered via the payment service provider Shopify Payments, the payment processing is carried out via the technical service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to whom we pass on the information you provided during the ordering process. 5 Analysis and tracking tools
5.1 Facebook

5.1.2 Facebook Custom Audience and Facebook Pixel
We use conversion pixels from Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2 D02 X525, Ireland ("Facebook") on our website. A remarketing tag or tracking pixel from Facebook is implemented.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook can serve targeted advertisements ("Facebook Ads") to visitors of our online offer. Users can also be tracked across multiple websites. In order to process general telephone enquiries and to answer customer enquiries by telephone, we process the surname, first name, telephone number, customer number of the caller, the other personal data provided by the caller by telephone and information on the content of the telephone enquiry. The processing is necessary for the execution or fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO).
